Yes, you can sign up for a Basic or Community Plan at any anytime.

Yes, we offer Group Plans ("Community Plans").  There are 4 Tiers for our 30-Day Community Plans.

1. Plan I - 10 to 25 Users
2. Plan II - 26 to 50 Users
3. Plan III - 51 to 100 Users
4. Plan IV - 101 to 150 Users

 Yes, we can reset your password. You have two options. 

• (1) In MY ACCOUNT, click FORGOT PASSWORD. Under REQUEST A PASSWORD RESET, enter your EMAIL ADDRESS. Hit REQUEST PASSWORD RESET.
• (2) Notify us at acumeninc2020@gmail.com. We will reply with a temporary password for you. Update, and confirm, the temporary password with a NEW PASSWORD. 

Please, safeguard your password.

Yes, you can change your password. 

• Go to CHANGE PASSWORD.
• Enter NEW PASSWORD. The password strength must be MEDIUM or stronger. 
• CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD. The passwords must match each other.

A Basic Plan - Single User, and its renewals, are active for 30 days. 

•  The 30-day expiration date is determined by the date that the Plan was activated (i.e., the plan was activated on May 19--so, its expiration date is June 18). 

We reserve the right to cancel a Subscription, at any time, for copyright violations. 

The Acumen Knowledge Game has been designed to fully support commonly used browsers/platforms running on desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, and phones.  

• Google Chrome - Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, Android 
• Apple Safari — Mac OS X, iOS 
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 11+ — Windows 
• Microsoft Edge — Windows 
• Mozilla Firefox — Windows 

If you are not using one of the browser/platform combinations above, you should still be able to access the site and use the games--but it might not display the site as designed, nor provide you with the best experience of using the games.

We would recommend upgrading your browser and operating system to the latest versions as soon as upgraded versions are made available for your device. 

• Later versions often have higher levels of security and better functions.  
• Most browsers/platforms will allow you to upgrade for free--and may offer automatic upgrades as soon as they become available.

You cannot exit a game and afterward continue where you left off.
